Shippers post loads with complete details, allowing carriers to either place a bid or book instantly. Once a load is booked, the carrier can access and download the rate confirmation directly through the platform. Carriers also have direct communication access to the shipper for real-time updates and load traceability.

How do Carriers get Paid?

Once a load is delivered, carriers can upload all required documents — including the POD and any accessorial charges — as PDF through the platform. The shipper then reviews and approves the invoice, typically within 24 hours. Upon approval, payment is immediately released, and carriers can expect to receive funds the same day or by the next business day.

How Ship AI makes Money?

Ship AI operates on a subscription-based model, providing users with full access to the platform through a monthly membership fee. We do not take any commission or percentage from freight transactions — 100% of the revenue stays between the shipper and the carrier.

How Carriers are Verified & Certified?

Ship AI use high end validation methods to vett every carrier on the platform, we do live checks on their MC number, Insurance, Safety Score, Credit Rating and much more to secure the quality in our network.

What to do in case of Claims, Rejections, or Accidents?

In the event of a claim, product rejection, or accident during transit, carriers must notify the shipper immediately through the Ship AI platform’s messaging system or by any other channel considered appropriate. All incidents should be documented in detail, including photos, time of occurrence, and any relevant paperwork. Ship AI does not intervene in the claims process but provides a secure channel for transparent communication between shippers and carriers. It is the responsibility of both parties to resolve the issue in accordance with the terms outlined in the rate confirmation and applicable insurance coverage. For serious incidents, carriers must also notify their insurance provider or local authority as soon as possible.

How to deal with TONU & Detention ?

All TONU and detention charges should be pre-agreed upon between the shipper and carrier. Ship AI facilitates transparent communication and documentation, but final approval and payment of accessorial charges are at the shipper’s discretion. For smoother processing, always ensure accurate time-in and time-out entries and notify the shipper in real time through the platform if delays occur.

When booking a direct load on Ship AI, you’re securing freight directly from the shipper — no middlemen, no broker fees. You’ll have access to full load details upfront, including pickup and delivery locations, commodity type, weight, and any special requirements. You can choose to book instantly or submit a bid if flexible pricing is allowed.

Once the load is confirmed, you’ll be able to view and download the rate confirmation, communicate directly with the shipper for updates, and manage documents like the POD and invoice through the platform. Payments are processed quickly after delivery and approval, with funds typically arriving the same day or next business day. Booking direct means greater transparency, faster communication, and keeping all of the freight rate.

What are Ship AI’s Zero-Tolerance Policies?

Ship AI enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy to protect the integrity, safety, and trust of our platform. Any action that violates our standards or disrupts the reliability of our network may result in immediate termination and permanent removal from the platform, with no opportunity to return.

Zero-tolerance violations include, but are not limited to:

• Double brokering
• Load tampering or cargo theft
• Falsification of documents (e.g., PODs, invoices, insurance)
• Chronic no-shows or repeated late pickups without communication
• Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior toward other users

Our priority is to ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable environment for both shippers and carriers. Violations are taken seriously and are subject to investigation and potential legal action where applicable.
