How Loads are Booked?

Loads are posted directly by shippers and Customers who can be reached by phone & email, terms would agree and full details will be given to get the load on the road.

I'm a Carrier, How I Will Paid?

Reach out to your Shipper they will share with you their payment terms. They usually are enrolled already with most factoring companies, offer full payment after delivery or have 30 days terms.

How much does Ship Charge ?

Ship encourages its free use and full transparency between transactions and only charges per Suscription Bases.

How to Validate Carriers are Ship Members?

Customers are able to check the credentials of every approved carrier typing their MC number in our App

What to do in case of Claims or Rejections ?

Carrier must notify Customer inmediatly by calling-text and with evidence of it. Carriers must follow their instructions. Carrier's Insurance Information will be showed in our portal if Customer may Required it.

How to deal with TONU & Detention ?

Depending of each case, this will be negotiate directly between the carrier and the Customer.

What to expect when booking a direct load ?

Carriers may be required to to sing and provide further documentation to finalize their direct set up with the Shipper/Customer.

How direct are the Ship Loads?

Ship Loads are posted directly by verified business, Ship works hard to ensure the quality for all of its members.

How Carriers are Monitored ?

Carriers are monitored daily by partered and FMCSA data bases, we have full ability to Vet carriers that don't meet our high protection standards.

All the users of the platform will agree a good faith agreement at the moment of sing up. Any type of user who comments on these faults will be immediately and indefinitely expelled from our platform.

• Intentional Load damage, load Hostage and load theft
• Fraud or Extortion of any kind at or before the load moevement
• Implied disrespectful or offensive treatment of any nature
